Make A Donation To The Journal

Your financial contribution is appreciated and your donation is tax deductible (We are a 501(c)(3) corporation). Credit card and monetary donations can be made through PayPal. Thank you so much for your anticipated assistance.

Donations will be used for the following:

1. To help publish and distribute the Journal two times per year.
2. To help subsidize the Journal's yearly conference, being held this year at the  Metropolitan Double Tree in New York City in October, 2010.
3. To assist with administrative costs associated with publishing the Journal.
